Q: hello there, i have the metroblade gm model and the sizing feels different like there is too much room and my foot is flopping around, im an 8.5 solid on the solo boot, does RB make a 8.0-8.5 size in this ?

A: Not sure of the question but these are available in both half and full sizes. The Metroblade is a one piece skate and doesn't feature a removable liner. These skate fit very similar to your everyday shoe size.

Q: I'm 250lbs will these skates hold well? Is the carbon sole resistant enough?
Asked : Jun 27, 2017
By : Is, NMX
Know the answer? Answer this question

A: Skate manufacturers don't post weight limits on their skates so I can't say for certain, but I wouldn't even be the slightest worried at that weight with this skate. The carbon sole is a beast and the frame is also a fire breathing beast, these skates are solidly built. The shorter frame length adds even more strength and rigidity.

Q: can you please tell me $150 difference between C and GM model?
Asked : Jun 15, 2017
By : Serkan, United States
Know the answer? Answer this question

A: The GM has Rollerblade Pro Aluminum frame and the C has the Hot Rod frame so that is going to be the main difference. Keep in mind that the skates really only have a $50 difference since you're looking at the 2017 model of the GM and the 2016 model of the C, since the C is past years it is marked down accordingly.

Q: Hello; I was wondering : Will these rollerblades well protect the feet in case I fall ? Another question : Does they "hold" well the feet? (As i always used rigid structures with spoiler...) Thanks for your answer !

A: Yes, these skates will absolutely protect the feet well and will fit around the foot well. The boot is a stiff material giving you great protection and support.

Q: I read that the sizing on these skates is a little wrong, like half a size bigger, how true is that? Also, I'm using the Seba FR3 right now size 46 EU, what size in US should I chose? Thanks

Know the answer? Answer this question

A: From Rollerblade the sizing of the Metroblade is the same as your everyday shoe size. So if you wear a size 46 EU shoe size, the size 13 US should be accurate for you. These are a one piece carbon boot so they are not going to be forgiving and they are designed for performance. Some skaters have noted they can be a bit narrow, and they can take up to 6 times skating in them to break them in. A stiff carbon boot like this one will give you great performance but is something that takes some time to fit properly, you will want to dedicate some time to breaking the skates in. The heat from your feet will help "mold" the skates to your foot shape.

A: Rollerblade brand inline skates are going to fit the same as your standard shoe size, and for a very wide foot you can go up a 1/2 size to accommodate for an aftermarket footbed or heel lift. We have these skates sized in US sizes so I would recommend converting your everyday shoe size and going from there. Both the skates in question will do fine to support 95kg, the Metroblade may be a better choice as it has a very sturdy carbon boot which will give ample support for any weight. Both skates offer an aluminum frame which is what I'd recommend for anyone looking for support as a bigger skater.

A: You will fall between the size 9 and 9.5, the size 9 is going to measure roughly 26cm and the size 9.5 will measure to 26.7cm. I would probably go with the size 9.5

Q: What is the difference between Metroblade Gm and Metroblade c? Is it fits for wide foot?
Asked : Mar 02, 2017
By : HKT, Hong Kong
Know the answer? Answer this question

A: The metroblade C we have in stock currently is from 2016 and the metroblade GM is from 2017. The skates are nearly identical but the main difference is the Metroblade C has the Hot Rod Extruded Aluminum frame and the Metroblade GM has the Rollerblade Pro Aluminum frame. Both frames are great but that's the difference. Neither are really fit for a wide foot, and currently no skates are made in wide widths but you can customize the interior of the boot to alleviate some of the side to side pressure by adding aftermarket footbeds or heel lifts.
