All Mountain skis are for on-trail; some off-trail ability
Medium - ideal for all-mountain, off-trail versatility
Very Stiff - for the biggest, strongest, aggressive skier
Rocker/Camber/Rocker skis for versatile all-mountain
The Volkl Kenja is always a favorite ski for strong intermediate to expert skiing women looking for a damp and powerful ride anywhere on the mountain. Volkl's Multi-Layer Woodcore is loaded with energy while a Full Titanal Laminate adds extra horsepower and stability capable of charging through crud, chunky snow and soft conditions. Full Length Vertical Sidewalls drive a tough edge into firm or icy slopes as well as boosting the torsional strength for added responsiveness. Moderate Taper in the tips and tails enhance maneuverability and prevent a hooky feeling when you get into some deep powder or crud. Tip and Tail Rocker also add extra floatation, maneuverability and effortless carves. If you want a stable and smooth ride that rips in any type of terrain the Volkl Kenja will be an excellent ski for you.

Hi my name is Tori and I just got done riding the Kenja. I would recommend this ski for an advanced intermediate to expert skier. This ski is very good on hard snow and you could also ski it in some powder as well. If you want to take a bunch of short, quick turns I wouldn't recommend this ski for you. However you can take really big floaty turns and if you really want to make som quick turns you can. Its probably going to be more for the expert skiers that are able to make those quick, sharp turns.Hide

Hi my name is Brigitte and I just got off the Volkl Kenja's. I really though this was a great ski for all around the mountain what I liked is that it was challenging. I'm like an intermediate advanced this seems like more of an advanced expert ski. When I initiate turns it took a little bit more strength, but I think the more I would go on this the better I would get. So I would recommend this for someone who is intermediate advanced who wants to get to advanced expert level.Hide

Hi I'm Jessica and I just got done skiing the Volkl Kenja. I loved this ski. I am more of a mellow intermediate and this is designed more for that advanced intermediate to expert level skier. But it gave me the confidence to take it a little faster and even at my skill level I was able to get it in and out of turns nicely. It held well on todays softer conditions. Its that all mountain ski so when I did have it on a little bit of the harder packed it did a little loose under foot, but for the most part I loved this ski once I got it up to speeds, it really turned nicely for me. Again, that advanced intermediate all mountain rider would love this too.Hide
Q: How would you compare the Kenja versus the Volkl Secret? I ski the secret...love it!! And I ski a Volkl rtm 84 for the last 6yrs ???? . Mary Ann????
A: They're both great all mountain skis. The Kenja is slightly slimmer underfoot than the Secret. The Kenja is going to be a stiffer ski with an all mountain rocker profile which will provide awesome edge hold for groomer ripping. The secret is a little softer but you'll find that's it's a little more maneuverable for tree skiing and tighter turns. Both will access all the mountain no problem.
