The new Volkl Kanjo make a great ski for the strong intermediate to expert skier looking for a lively and energetic ski for the frontside of the mountain. A Multi-Layer WoodCore and a Titanal Band feel light on your feet, but stable and powerful when you crank up the speed or come across some cruddy conditions. The 84mm waist feels agile when you are carving medium radius turns on the groomers and delivers fantastic smooth skiing when you want to pound out some tight bump lines. Moderate Taper in the tip and tail of the Kanjo prevent the ski from getting hung up in the bumps or the fresh snow, should the weather permit. Rocker in the tip and tail with camber underfoot provide you with smooth and easy entry and exit from turns with rebound and edge hold on firm days. If you want a new flavor from Volkl in a ski that will be a hot seller this season, get your hands on a new Kanjo while you can.

I bought this ski in February 2018. I'm an expert skier that skis 70% double black mogul runs and I ski them hard. The remaining 30% is usually out of bounds, trees, headwall drops into steeps and of course powder when I can get it. I wa...Read More

Hi I'm Kyle, I just got off the Volkl Kanjo. I give this ski 5 out of 5 stars. This is going to be for your advanced intermediate through expert level skier. It's got a Titnol band in it so its powerful, but it's also pretty forgiving. It's...Read More

A: The Kanjo was such a great ski that we are totally sold out. We should have the 2019 version available for pre-order in the next few months.

Q: Will these skis work with telemark bindings
Asked : Jan 11, 2018
By : Eric, Kutztown
Know the answer? Answer this question

A: I have seen a few folks out there dropping the knee on the Kanjo this season. In my opinion the shape and flex pattern would work out very well for an on-piste tele set up.
