Freestyle skis are often twin tips and ideal for the park
Medium - ideal for all-mountain, off-trail versatility
Camber skis for strong edge hold for on-trail; no rocker
You have seen it on the podiums at the X-Games and Dew Tour. The Salomon Suspect is the go to ski for ripping park and pipe skiers looking for a good value. The edges are durable and strong for lots of rail, and urban sessions with Wider Edges, Total Edge Reinforcement, and Edge Armor. The traditionally cambered Full Wood Core has tons of pop and power for getting out of the pipe. Vertical Sidewalls hold a strong, and fast edge on the walls of an icy pipe. The Pulse Pad Dampening System is an elastomer layer of extra shock absorbing materials all along the entire edges, and shovel of the ski to reduce vibrations for stomped landings. A low swing weight makes the Suspect easy to spin and maneuver on to boxes and features A great value mixed with high performance the Salomon Suspect should be on the top of your list if you spend most of you time spitting game in the pipe and park scene.

This ski skis great on and off the groomed trails and its really responsive. But in the park its stiff and not very playful or forgiving and tends to be a little heavy. If you happen to be in the expert to pro category this ski would be good for you as it gives you the stiffness and solidness your looking to go big but if your looking for a light playful ski I would look else where.Hide

It's very stable underfoot, it's still a traditional camber ski no rocker whatsoever. You still don't get that hang up on rails that I was expecting to catch. A lot of fun riding switch, it's definitely a ski that worth the money for, I love this ski.Hide

Hi Thom here with the Salomon Suspect. I'm going to give this 4.5 out 5. Really solid park skis. Super poppy, good edge hold. What's nice about it is it's really light weight. there's not a whole lot of ski that you have to throw around. It skis switch real well. It's just a good all arounder but it is more your true park ski doesn't have a whole lot of versatility outside of it but for your advanced freestyle rider that is looking for something to boost jumps, jib on anything this is a great ski.Hide
