The Salomon QST Access 70 TI is a perfect option for aggressive skiing little skiers who will head anywhere on the mountain. Salomon's Ride & Hike Technology allows your little skier to hike up to some fresh powder or walk with ease to the tram in the morning when they lift up the lever located on the rear spine of the boot. The 24mm Oversized Pivot provides a burly connection between the upper cuff and lower shell that drives energy right towards their skis. If you have a little skier who loves to keep up with dad in the powder and wants to hike with you, the Salomon QST Access 70 T is the best boot out there.
Q: I ordered and received the Solomon QST junior boots. Your website indicated that they had thermofit liners (ala bake in the oven). There is no information in the box. I've baked many Intuition and Garmont liners, but these seem quite different.
A: Heat forming these liners really helps accelerate the breaking in process and defining the heel and ankle pocket. This is not something that I would recommend doing at home. Most ski shops have a special oven or heat stacks the will heat the liner to the proper temperature for molding.
