Also they were a bit heavy. The closing mechanism on the boot was also really bad and seemed really fragile and hard to use.Hide

Although I originally thought that the reviews saying these are comfortable to wear were really dumb since they look like snowshoes, I was wrong. They are REALLY comfortable to wear for a platform like this, and holy moly, for my deal (50% off to get to 120 bucks) you can't beat these. They're so fun to do tricks on, and I will be taking good care of these for sure! :) Hide

Q: How often would I need rotate the wheels on theses skates
A: It really depends on how often you are skating. Wheels on aggressive skates are very hard which makes them very durable, and they tend to wear slower. You will want to keep an eye on them and rotate accordingly, when I was aggressive skating daily I'd say I rotated bi-weekly but every situation is different.

Q: Hi I'm wanting a pair of these skates. I'm size uk10 in trainers what would I need in these u.s?
A: Size 10 UK is going to be about a 10.5 in US shoe size. Since the Swindler is not offered in 1/2 sizes I'd personally go with the 10 in these but I like my skates to fit tight, since you are in the middle you could go with the size 11 for a more casual fit.

Q: I wear size seven in kids would a size eight in skates work for me
A: If you wear a size 7 it's most likely a men's size 7 shoe as kids switch to men's sizing at size 6 in most all brands. You would want to get a skate the same size as your shoe size so you'd really want to go with a size 7 in skates.
A: Inline skates are going to size the same as your standard shoe size, these are men's skates and are sizes in men's sizing. We typically recommend dropping a full size from women's to men's sizing so we'd put you at a size 8 in this skate if you typically wear a women's shoe size of 9/9.5 but you state you wear a 7/7.5 in men's so it seems a bit off since men's/women's should be about 1 size different, maybe 1.5 in some cases.

A: It doesn't appear that any aftermarket brands have made soul plates for the Swindler. Rollerblade does make replacements and these can be ordered if you contact customer service.

Q: It has been some time since i have rollerblade really and i enjoy it. So now i wanted to know whats a good brand that has comfortable and fast rollerblades for a home to school ride?
A: K2 and Rollerblade are the top 2 brands but there are also great skates on the market from Fila, Roces and 5th Element. For a general to and from skate I'd recommend something in the recreational, fitness or urban category. This skate here, the Rollerblade Swindler, is an aggressive skate and is best suited for skating in the skate park or for doing tricks. You will want something with a larger wheel and a more comfortable boot design.

Q: Is the Rollerblade swindler aggressive skate great for concrete street and streetpark???
A: No, you will want to get the correct size based on your shoe size. We currently don't stock these in the size 14 but we can contact Rollerblade to see if they make them in that size. If they make the size we can special order it for you. Call customer service at 888-421-6836 to ask about that. We do currently have the Rollerblade Solo Team skates in a size 14 but they are a fair amount more cost than the swindler.
