Q: Hey would this be a good option for outdoor use? I would like to skate 3-4 days a week to loose some weight. I am kind of a beginner, if not. What other skates would you recommend.

A: This would be a great option for you and for the type of skating that you will be doing. This is not an absolute beginner skate so has some nice features that you will get great use out of since you will be skating a few times a week. The aluminum frame keeps the skates weight down making it less work to lug around, and the wheels and bearing setup is smooth so you can have a consistently smooth skate. Just for the sake of options for you, the K2 Alexis 80 Alu would also be a great choice, and the K2 Alexis Boa will give you a quicker in and out with the Boa lacing system. Macroblade is a great skate but just wanted to give you some additional options to look at. Have fun skating!

Q: My feet is 24.8 cm, almost 25, should I buy the size 8 or size 9? My feet is thin and I always juggle through these two sizes normally, sometimes I'm an 8.5 shoe size. Thank you in advance c:

A: It really depends on the fit you want, the size 8 will probably have your toes right at the front of the skate which is actually a very good fit for performance inline skates. You don't want your skates to fit like a loose casual shoe, you want them to fit as snug as possible as long as your toes are not curled or crushed in the front of the skates. I personally always drop a 1/2 size from my shoe size to get a great tight fit. Now, skates will take some time to break in and it could take up to 6 times out skating to fully break in the skates. When you first try on the skates your toes may be right at the front, but stand up and bend your knees into a skating position and you should feel the toes come off the front.

Q: Would this be a good skate for an almost beginner??
Asked : Mar 06, 2017
By : Denisse, Somerton, Az
Know the answer? Answer this question

A: Absolutely. This is considered an intermediate skate but there is nothing stopping a beginner from having a great time on these, as well as being able to learn the fine craft of inline skating. Some of the more beginner skates will have a smaller wheel which may offer a bit more control for beginners, but as long as you have a single athletic bone in your body you'll have no issue with the 80mm wheels. These skates are very easy to learn on and the best part is you can grow into them as your skill increases instead of immediately growing out of them as your skill grows.

Q: Would these skates be a good choice for use in a roller rink?
Asked : Nov 21, 2016
By : HZ, Cincinnati, OH
Know the answer? Answer this question

A: Sure, these would be a fine choice for skating at a roller rink. Some rinks will have rules that you must only use skates that are used indoors, so you can't go skating outdoors then bring the skates to the rink. This is due to the skates picking up outside debris on the wheels and then bringing that into the rink. So, yes these skates would be great for indoor rink skating but if you look to do both indoor and outdoor you may need to pick up two sets of wheels to switch between

Q: Hello! My foot is 24,5cm. What is my correct measure for this rollers? My European size is 38,5. I'm in Argentina but would withdraw in Montreal. Unless sent to Argentina without shipping cost, is this possible? Thank you very much!
Asked : Jul 16, 2016
By : AnaBelen, Buenos Aires, Argentina
Know the answer? Answer this question

A: Your size for this skate is going to be a US 8.0 - The CM measure for the women's size 8.5 skate is 24.5cm so it may feel a bit tight at first but will break in after a few skates. For inline skates you want a fairly snug fit for performance as well as overall comfort as a too large skate can cause blisters as well as sore feet.
