Q: What's the difference between the three Prizm lenses made for sun/cloud mix (Torch Iridium, Sapphire Iridium, and Jade Iridium)? It doesn't look like Oakley has released any VLT info on the entire Prizm line, so not sure what the difference is between these three lenses aside from color...
A: The different lenses are precisely tuned to maximize contrast and enhance visibility in different light conditions. The Black Iridium is best for Bright Sun days, the Sapphire Iridium, Jade Iridium and Torch Iridium are best for Sun/Clouds, and the Rose lens is best for Snow/Overcast conditions. When choosing a goggle be sure to buy a lens best suited for the conditions you will see the most of.
