Freestyle skis are often twin tips and ideal for the park
Wide - ideal for big mountain, off-trail and deep powder
Stiff - advanced to experts who want power and control
Rocker/Camber/Rocker skis for versatile all-mountain
The Kastle XX110 is the supersized freestyle ski that is designed to spin and pop through all the deep pillow lines. A Beech and Poplar Wood Core is packed with energy, but a fairly lightweight feel, especially for a ski that possesses this type of girth. Not overly stiff, the XX110 carves big sweeping turn when you need to blast a groomer on the way to your next powder stash. Dual Hollowtech Inserts in the tip and tail reduce the total weight and improve your mobility by lowering the swingweight. Early Rise Rocker in the tip and tail delivers fantastic flotation and fun smear turns when its blower deep. If you want a ski that blurs the lines between big mountain and freestyle, the Kastle XX110 is the ski for you.
Love these skis! They were a steal, they shipped super fast and customer service was great. I'm stoked!

Great ski for advanced skiers. Taking them to Mount Bachelor now at airports Newark. I want to thank Adam Priscia for all the help he gave me with the binding mounting. Best, Larry

These skis are incredible. They excel all over the mountain. I was pretty leery about relying on a pair of fully symmetrical skis for my quiver of one, but these things truly deliver. I have them mounted on the "AM" line (not true center), and they feel great. The rocker/camber profile is excellent for dealing with a wide range of conditions. Of course, given the width underfoot, they slay big pillow lines, and you can pretty much just lean back and point em in really deep snow. However, I was immensely impressed with the stability and edge control I felt while making deep turns on frontside groomers and just horrible, icy conditions. The hollowtech tips are designed for lower swing weight when in the air, but I found the lower swing weight to be excellent for situations when I was suddenly in a patch of deep bumps that I wasn't ready for, or for bombing through super tight trees. Incredible skis all around, I would recommend them to anyone. For transparency's sake, I am coming from a previous set of 4FRNT MSPs. I like the Kästle's more in every capacity. Do yourself a favor and mount them with a set of Look Pivots. Check out the Blister gear review on them for another good impression.Hide
