Narrow - ideal for on-trail, hardpack & groomed conditions
Stiff - advanced to experts who want power and control
Spend a majority of your time on the frontside of the mountain while also being able to go off trail with the K2 iKonic 84 Ti Skis. K2's new Exo-Konic Technology pulls heavier material toward the edges of the ski that enhance maneuverability and delivers an easy to steer feel in any type of conditions. The XTD Carbon Spyne adds extra power to the already trusted Metal Laminate while increasing the liveliness and snap. TwinTech Sidewalls also increase the torsional rigidity and add extra edge grip when conditions get a little firm. The 84mm waist is best at home on the frontside of the mountain, but do not be afraid to dive into a deep, untouched bowl when you are ready to hit some powder. If you want a smooth ride that loves speed, the K2 iKonic 84 Ti will make a great choice for you.

Hi, I'm Thom. I just got done riding the K2 Ikonic 84 Ti. It's a really solid, little bit wide bodied front side ski. It's definitely aimed at your high level intermediate through advanced level skier who's looking for something that's going to be predictable on the front side of the terrain. A little bit of extra width at eighty four underfoot adds some stability and predictability especially on days like today where we've got a little bit of fluff on top of the groomers and things get bumped up a little bit more. This is a cool blend between just power and consistency. With the metal in here, the ski is real damp, holds an edge really well and has enough strength for an advanced level skier. But what it really wants to do is just mellow GS, kind of medium radius turns. It's not a ski that's going to surprise, it's not a ski that's going to buck you. So for somebody that's looking for something that they're going to be able to ski all day and be casual at the end of the day, aggressive at the beginning of the day and just wants to tear up the front side, it's a good ski.Hide

Hi, I'm Adam and I was just skiing on the new K2 Ikonic 84 Ti. This is a great ski for that advanced to expert level skier who pretty much wants to keep to themselves regulated to the frontside of the mountain. At eighty four millimeters underfoot it does have enough waist width if you get little bit of snow to keep you stable or really helps when you get into the crud or the bumps and that kind of stuff. It is a pretty smooth ride. It's sweet spot is really medium radius turns. It's not the most nimble for short turns and it's not the most stable for longer turns once you open it up. But it is a good, nice smooth easy forgiving ride to ride on.Hide

At a demo day last spring two skis were the clear winners, The K2 iconic 84 and the new Volkl Kendo 88 with the 3-D side cut. Both were very fun to ski, very fast, and damp. If you are a good skier and know how to drive a ski the K2 Iconic 84 is a great choice. The K2 engineers really hit it out of the park with this ski. if you like to ski with no speed limit this is your ski. Highly recommended.Hide
Q: I'm looking for a ski that has some power and stiffness but something that also isn't so stiff I can't get anything out of it considering I am a little smaller than average. Would the K2 Ikonic 84 ti be a good fit?
A: This will give you plenty of power especially on groomers. It's hard to say though because I would need you're height, weight and skill level to further assist you.
