Stiff - advanced to experts who want power and control
Rocker/Camber/Rocker skis for versatile all-mountain
The K2 Mindbender 98Ti Alliance Skis were designed to elevate the what skiers expect from a performance ski. The focus of the design was centered around what is important to skiers and creating a ski that could feel as tailored to hardpack as they did in pow. Goal accomplished. The key to achieving that goal - Torsion Control Design Philosophy. Torsion Control Design in the K2 Mindbender 98Ti Alliance Skis is centered around the Titanal Y-Beam Technology, strategically designed Titanal geometry that tunes torsional flex without affecting longitudinal flex. This means you get the highest level of precision and stability in a damp, stable platform. So what does that mean for your everyday on-hill skiing? These freaks are built to blast but won't let you down when you get in over your head and have to shut 'er down.

But it still held an edge really well on the hard pack snow. I don't have anything negative to say about this ski really. And i think it'd be great for someone who's intermediate to advanced, all the way up to an expert skier.Hide

Hi, I'm Jenna and I just got off the K2 Mindbender 98 Ti Alliance. This is an awesome ski if you're an advanced to expert skier looking for a powerful ski with a ninety eight underfoot. In the powder it can cruise really nicely and it takes really smooth turns and then once it's on the groomed it really grips well and has a lot of power each turn at different varying speeds. Especially at high speeds, it's really stable which is really nice. Also too, on powder cruiser days it's really controlled and super lightweight as well. Overall, I would definitely recommend this ski.Hide

Hi, my name is Tori. I just got done riding the Mindbender 98 Alliance Ti. I would recommend this ski to an intermediate to expert skier. This ski is definitely your all mountain ski. You can definitely do either front side or go in the powder with it due to its wide stance. It is metal, and not carbon, so it is a little bit stiffer. So if you're looking for a ski that isn't quite as stiff, I probably wouldn't recommend this for you. However, it does hold a solid edge, transitioning edge to edge. It's a great all mountain ski.Hide
