Tip Rocker/Camber skis for edge hold; easy turn initiation
The Head V-Shape V8 skis are a great option for the advanced intermediate to expert skier that wants a lightweight ski for tight turning on the frontside of the mountain. The Karuba Light Wood Core adds stability and an energetic feeling that when combined with a narrow 75mm waist feels very edgy and quick. Its LYT Tech uses Graphene and a Karuba Wood that loads the ski up with energy. Grab the V-Shape V8 skis for a lightweight and agile ride on the slopes.

Hi I'm Adam, And i was just riding on that new Head V Shape V8. Great ski for that athletic, intermediate, all the way up to advanced level skier, who really wants some very quick and edgy into a turn. This ski is loaded with energy, very springy, very nimble. Sweet spot is really short to medium radius turns, with this wide tip shape, it really rolls you into turn nice a quick. you get a lot of energy as you exit the turn. The most impressive thing about this ski, is that it has light tech technology which makes this ski, impressively light. Its also extremely stable, you can ramp up the speed and get a good solid edge hold when things get a little bit firm. its just overall its a good solid ride for the front-side of the mountain. Hide

Hey my name is Dan, I just got done riding the Head V shape V8. Its a great ski for all over the mountain, but definitely again its gonna be more of your front side groomer ski specifically. It will go play in the trees, will go play in the bumps but definitely finds its self happiest on the more wide open groomed. Its an easy turning ski that definitely will hold an edge but if you need to slide your turn or make a slower turn you can definitely do that on this ski. Its got a nice strong sweet spot through the center, you can stand very very centered on it and make smooth turns. I would say I give this ski to anyone that is a strong intermediate to advanced level rider, looking for a good carving ski that can just go on cruise when it wants too. Hide

Hi i'm Brendan, I just got off the Head V Shape V8. Really enjoy this ski, for that intermediate to advanced intermediate to expert skier. Very damp in its speed but still isnt very demanding of you as a skier, likes to link curves together, you can wash out turn if you need, but its a very easy to ski, ski. That when you do figure out that good link together turn, it just loves it. Its really good option for a lot of different people , overall its a really great ski. Hide
