The Elan Bloom 2 is a perfect ski boot that is designed to small, new skiers to help them learn proper technique and shorter the learning curve. Elan has designed the Bloom 2 with U-Flex Technology that can bend and flex in a natural position when the slightest amount of pressure is applied to the boot. The sole of the Bloom 2 can also flex to improve balance and help them control their skis. A VCP (Volume Control Plate) allows the bootboard to be positioned differently inside the shell to increase the boot by each size with each adjustment. It can be flipped upside down to grow one size and removed to grow an additional size, making it a favorite for parents of skiers with growing feet.
