As a snowboarder, I have worn Swany Toaster mittens for years. They are getting so hard to find, especially in a sm or med size. So, when I saw these, i jumped right on it - i love being able to access my fingers without taking the mittens off - so nice when it's not too cold, and i can go without wearing the liners! I can blow my nose without taking mitten off- woo hoo! 4 stars rather than 5, because I wish they had more cuff - I like them to come over my coat sleeves to keep snow out!Hide

These are the first mittens I have ever purchased for skiing. They appear to be well made, and fit perfectly. I have not tested them on a really cold night, as the temperatures have been unseasonably warm.

These mittens are nice and warm! I have used these numerous days working outside in the Northern Michigan winter with no problems. They come with a thin liner, but have enough room to add a thicker one. Overall a great warm mitten!
