The new Blizzard Rustler 10 makes a great ski for any skier looking for versatility and power in one lightweight package. Blizzard's new Carbon Flipcore DRT Construction uses strategically placed layer of Titanal to add stability and reduce torsional twisting. Uni-Directional Carbon Fiber Inserts absorb vibrations and increase maneuverability for smooth and tight turns when you need to make them. A 102mm waist truly shines in the soft and deep, but feel edgy when you are on the groomers and will plow through difficult snow conditions. The Rustler Construction uses a Multi-Layer Woodcore with a combination of ISO, Poplar, Balsa and Paulownia Woods that are incredibly lightweight, strong and responsive making it a great ski to add a touring binding to for some backcountry adventures.

  • Carbon Flipcore DRT
  • Lite Core
  • Sandwich Compound Sidewall
  • Recommended Bindings: Look SPX 12, Tyrolia Attack 13, Salomon STH WTR 13, Marker Griffon
  • Recommended Brake Size: 105-115mm

Hey I'm Kyle. I just got off the Blizzard Rustler 10. This is a 4 out of 5 star ski for me. It's going to be geared towards your strong intermediate up through expert level skier. It's fairly stable on the hardpack, had a little bit of chat...Read More

Evan here, just got off the Blizzard Rustler 10. I give this ski 4 out of 5 stars. It's going to be a real solid all around ski. With this waist width at 102 you can really hit anything on the hill. Definitely likes the soft snow a lot. Har...Read More

Hi I'm Brooks. I just rode the Rustler from Blizzard. This is a great ski I give it 5 out of 5 stars. They removed the steel from tip to tail so it's made it a lot lighter but they included the steel underfoot so it still has the rigidity t...Read More

Q: Male. 5'11. 150 on a good day. Intermediate to adv/intermediate depending on who you ask. Already have a hard charging ski (Mantra)- looking for something a bit more nimble to play around with quick turns and bumps, yet still a daily driver. Size recommendations? I'm thinking 172, but since I'm lighter for my size maybe even 164. Thoughts?

Q: I wonder: 1. are the Blizzard Rustler 10 skis right for me? 2. should I go for 180 or 188? I'm male, ~182 cm/6' tall and quite light, ~65 kg/143 lbs. I'm a good intermediate skier. Started a few years ago, loving it, learning fast, and with ambitions to ski mostly offpiste. I've mostly skied onpiste on rental skis (170 cm or so), but I have most fun in non-pisted sections between pistes, moguls, etc. Looking to buy skis that will work both on and off piste, let me develop my skiing and last until I maybe want to buy dedicated powder skis at some point. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!

A: The best length for you is going to be the 180cm length. It should cover exactly what you are looking for it to do without being too much ski.
