Rocker/Camber/Rocker skis for versatile all-mountain
The new Armada Tracer 108 is an excellent option for the aggressive skier looking for a ski that slays the deep, charge in bounds and still be light enough to tour with. Armada's Xrystal Mesh uses Innegra Mesh insert to add power and stability without adding any extra weight to the ski. The Hybrid Ultra-Lite Core uses hardwoods underfoot with a lighter wood on the tips and tails to create a flex pattern that is easy into a turn, quick to maneuver and rigid enough to motor through cruddy, sun damaged snow. EST Rocker keeps you floating and smearing while making the Tracer 108 a delight to ride in any condition. The Comp Series Base is the fastest that Armada builds to help keep you gliding as fast as possible because no one wants to get passed on the High-T on their way to some freshies.
Q: Hi Skis.com: I'd like to get these skis with the Look SPX 12 Dual Ski Bindings. Under the specs of the skis it is recommended to get 110-115 brakes but the SPX only has 120. Will that be OK or should I get different bindings? Thanks Po
A: The general guideline when selecting a brake size is to select a brake that is equal to or greater than the waist width of your skis, but not more than 15mm. A 120mm brake size will fit the 108mm waist just fine.
