The Armada El Rey is designed as the perfect ski for the beginner to intermediate skier that wants a ski that can take them through the park, while still being a well rounded all mountain twin tip. The El Rey has Cap Construction and positive camber that gives you playfulness as you learn how to slide some rails and spin on jumps and an edge hold to perfect your turns. To improve the Durability of the El Rey the Edges are 2.5mm thick to withstand punishment from the park. A Carbon Tail Stringer gives the El Rey an additional snap in the tail to help you ollie on top of a box in the park. Armada's Fleet Light Core has Dual Density Wood that has a light and lively feeling with the rebound to spring you into your next turn, and the Laminate Matrix Construction uses layers of fiberglass that increase the torsional strength of the ski for better edge hold on firmer snow, and more responsiveness at faster speeds. If you are a beginner to intermediate skier looking for a twin tip that will take you on the groomers or through the park, or the mellow skier that will spend and equal amount of time on both the Armada El Rey is the ski for you.

  • Carbon Tail Stringer
  • 2.5 Impact Edge

Q: what would be a good set of bindings for these ski's?

Know the answer? Answer this question

A: The Tyrolia Attack 11 would be a great option for you if you weigh less than 150lbs. If you weigh more than 150lbs. the Tyrolia Attack 13 would be a better option. Both are available in 95mm break widths, which would be a perfect fit.
