Hi this is Kathleen with the Rossignol Echo 8 its same construction of the six but is overall wider wider and the tip tail and under the foot making it a little more work on these groomers that we have today but really nice in the mountains it's going to be great for the crud and the powder overall though it's going to not be forgiving if you're this hard pack you're going to have to work it get it on edge so if you're headed for the mountains is going to be a really goods ski but if you're a Michigan skier you might want to stick to the 6 it's going to be a little more forgiving for you and easier to work on the stuff that were used to but its a great ski overall I'm going to still give it a five out of five and I skied it in 154 its really especially nice on the short turns it was beautiful in the short turns real easy to lay it over did have to start working a little harder and think more I got into the longer turns overall like I said a five out of five
