In order to float harmoniously through powder, the ski needs a wide geometry- a geometry that would normally made the ski stiff and heavy. This is a problem that Atomic solved using an ingenious system: Torsion Flex Control sectors, or TFC. By removing material where minimum power is required for a turn, TFC makes skis light and smooth without sacrificing edge grip or performance.
