Rossignol's Radical JR1 alpine race boots are made for junior racers with World Cup roots. The Radical JR1 is made for aspiring 12 and younger racers looking for easy to flex, supportive boots. The JR1 is mechanically flexing identical to the same boots World Cup adult racers use; the boots are carefully adjusted to take lower junior leg lengths and flex patterns into consideration. The boots are also made with the same high quality PU plastic used in the adult race boots; the higher quality plastic provides better rebound and is less affected by temperature, an important factor for young, light racers.
