It is best if you get the same size as her current shoe size. As you can tell in the size chart for infants, the sizing that Ugg provides for infant shoes is S, M, L, which makes it difficult when trying to determine what fits a U.S. shoe size. Everything beyond infants is sized to your normal shoe size.
