Hi…i was just wondering if you can help me out with the size of a board i should get…im 5′4, 135 lbs…i dont know what other info you need but hopefully thats it

  2. aschaa01 Andrew Schaad says:

    Kristen,

Based on the information that you provided, your ideal size snowboard will be between 150cm and 155cm. If you need more help with sizing for a snowboard, I suggest you read through our sizing guide for snowboards.

  3. Eddie Eddie says:

I have a uk size 10.5 boot (us 11.5) would a size large binding still fit?

  4. jrickard Jenna Rickard says:

    Hi Eddie,

I would go with an extra large binding instead. A large binding maxes out at about a 10, and while you may be able to adjust the binding all the way out and fit the straps around it, you are going to lose a lot of the flexibility of the adjustments. An extra large will fit an 11.5 perfectly.

  5. Allison Allison says:

I have a size 7.5-8 shoe size. I was wondering if I should get a medium large binding. Also, I was wondering what size snowboard I should get. I am 5′2 107 lbs. I am A beginner rider so I really don’t know what to get.

  6. Tony Tony says:

I am 5′6 120 some lbs. I have a 150cm K2 board, planning on getting size 8 Lamar boots, and I’m wondering what size bindings I should get. Any help? Thx

  7. jrickard Jenna Rickard says:

    Tony,

Depending on the brand, you will take a medium to medium/large or large. The best case scenario would be to get into a large binding that starts at a size 8.0, if you’re still growing. Large Ride bindings, for example, fit sizes 8-10, but again it really depends on the brand. I would look at the brand specific size charts found here.

  8. zoe zoe says:

    Allison,
I’m about the same size as you and I’ve used different snowboards in my size range. My comfort zone is anywhere from 139-142 but you can go up to 147. Medium-large bindings are perfect because some boot are pretty fat and won’t fit just the medium.

  9. carrie carrie says:

Im wondering what size binding to get for my sons K2 Vandal 2010 board he is 11 and show size is a 5. What size bindings do you think?

  10. Luke Luke says:

ok so im a size 5 snowboard boot but the bindings i want only come in medium which says 6-8. would my boot still fit in these?

  11. cgorski Chris Gorski says:

    Luke,

With a size 6-8 Ride binding you should have no issue adjusting the straps to safely house a size 5 boot. You will have to adjust the toe strap and the heel strap to their smallest setting and ensure your boot does not move around too much. Hope this helps!

    Thanks,

    Chris Gorski

  12. Julie Julie says:

Hi. I purchased Ride boots in a size 7 and the bindings I want say small fits 4 - 7 and medium fits 7 - 11. Is it better to get the small or get the medium since both fit a size 7 boot?

  13. cgorski Chris Gorski says:

    Julie,

This is a situation that happens very often with boot sizes sitting right in the middle of a size chart. With all bindings being very adjustable these days you could easily go with either binding size and be just fine. You may want to error on the side of going bigger; the 7-11 will fit any boot that you will put in it. What I mean by this is if you get a size 7 that has a lot of padding and fits bulky, it could have the overall footprint of an 8 or so meaning having the larger binding will fit this situation better.

We hope this helps in your decision, please let us know if you have any further questions or comments.

    Thanks,

    Chris Gorski
