Hi, this is Emily, I just got off of the Volkl Charisma. For a really aggressive women's skier, who likes to make really fast ripping turns, I give this a 5/5. It initiated the turns really easily, held a great edge through the turn, but wasn't to kick like, and aggressive out of the turn. A nice smooth transition with this ski, I would say is the highlight of it. So for a woman who likes to make nice fast turns, I give this a 5/5, and would definitely recommend it.

Hi, I'm April, and this is the Volkl Charisma. This skis really well named, because this skis got a lot of charm, and personality. It was a lot of fun, it was aggressive where it needed to be. It was soft, and forgiving where it needed to be, on the different terrain that were skiing here today. Got a lot of little piled up chunks of snow, and some of its a little grabby, this ski blows through it. Its got a full sheet of steel in it, so its still got lots of rebound off the snow. Holds like a bear, the edge grip on this things tenacious. I'm gonna give it a 5/5, this is a lot of fun to ski. It feels like a real ski, not some soft, wimpy little ski. Just because the graphics are delicate doesn't mean the ski is, Volkl Charisma.

Awesome skis. I was worried that they would be too advanced for my skill level as intermediate skier, but they work perfectly. No chatter and very stable. Edges really grip.

Hi, I'm Julie, just got off the Volkl Charisma, part of the Essenza series for this year. I give this ski a 4 1/2 out of 5 star rating. I thought it was a great ski for a advanced intermediate, to expert level skier. It initiates really easy on the groomers especially, and then still skis like a Volkl. They changed up the series, added some early rise. Tip rocker specific for women, to make it a little easier to initiate the turn. It still rips, and holds just like a Volkl should.

Hi, I'm Annie, I just hopped off the Volkl Charisma, its new this year. I give this ski a 5/5. It has a lot of energy, and a lot of good spring. You gotta know what you're doing on this ski, it is advanced expert. You wanna be out in front to feel the full edge, its definitely fun to power 5/5.
