With a medium frame the I/O fits a huge variety of faces and because of the rimless design gives a huge field of vision given the frame size. Comments about Smith I/O Goggles 2014:

These goggles look great... they would be great if I didn't breath. With the cold winter I have had to ski with a face cover and with in minutes of not even exerting myself these are fogged and iced. Before these I wore bolle's for years and never experienced fogging like these. Very disappointed.

The shape and size of the Smith I/O goggles has not changed since their inception, and the older lens/frame will be compatible with the 2014 model.
