The Salomon Quest Access Custom Heat is the epitome of comfort. Made with Salomon's Custom Heat Technology, this boot has heat coils and a battery pack built into the liner that will keep you warm and toasty on the slopes, no matter how cold the conditions are. The 104mm last best fits women who have a medium to wide forefoot and leg shape. A flex rating of 80 offers up enough resistance and control for the intermediate skier. Hike & Ride allows you to walk in total comfort when you flip up the lever located on the rear spine of the boot. A 24mm Oversized Pivot drives energy right to your skis for added support and performance. Salomon's Women Liner, and Women Low Cuff Design are designed to fit the lower, fuller female leg shape. If you get cold toes, and are looking for comfort, this is the ski boot for you!

Q: Where are the heating elements located in the liner? Can anyone compare the difference between the Hotronics pads or insoles available for regular ski boots with this boot liner's elements?

Know the answer? Answer this question

A:The heating elements are inside the liner and wrap the forefoot, versus a Hotronic heating element would be installed inside your boot, on the footbed, directly underneath the ball of the foot.
