Salomon Enduro RX 800 Skis with Protrak Z 12 Bindings

The Salomon Enduro RX 800 is a perfect ski for the intermediate to advanced skier who will spend most of their time on the groomers, but not be afraid to go into the powder, or trees when the snow is falling. The 78mm waist is primarily for groomers, but will give you some float when you adventure off the trail. The RX 800 sports a full wood core with a double layer of titanium, that has lots of stability, but a lively feel. The All Terrain Rocker has tip rocker in the shovel with camber underfoot. Tip rocker will help the ski plane on top of the powder, initiate a quick turn on the groomers, and absorb the negative vibrations caused by bumps and crud. The Double Monocoque Cap Construction is lightweight, but gives you great edge grip when the snow is firm or icy, with out being too demanding. Salomon uses a Pulse Pad Dampening System on all of the Enduro line for vibration dampening. The Pulse Pad System uses elastomers on the entire edge of the ski, and in the shovel to absorb vibrations and smoother ski to snow contact. A great value, and Salomon has really stepped up the performance of the Enduro series, compared to the previous X-Wing line. The Enduro RX 800 is a great ski for the intermediate to advanced skier who will be on the groomers most of the time, but not afraid to venture into the powder when the snow is good.

Hi this is Terry. I just got off the Salomon Enduro RX 800 Nice ski! Very stable at high speeds. Likes the short to medium radius turns better. A lot of fun, very easy turning. Over all I give it 4/5 stars.

Comments about Salomon Enduro RX 800 Skis with Protrak Z 12 Bindings:
Hello, Trey with Salomon's brand-new Enduro RX 800. Totally new layout for them this year in the all mountain category in a really enjoyable ski. I think they designed it mainly for an intermediate skier but even the casual advanced skier on a budget will get a lot of enjoyment out of this ski. It's got a little bit of rocker and it's so easy to transition yet still very stable. Again, with this series designed for groomed runs but you could go down in parks because of that rocker and the forgiving flex in it and still have a good time.

Hi this is Thom. I am here with the Enduro RX 800 from Salomon. I give it 3/5 stars. Pretty solid ski, starts to turn real easy but it kind of prefers GS turns. A little bit of chatter when you get it up to speed but a good smooth easy and initiating turn for that solid intermediate that's really looking to ski blues, blacks and spend about 50% of their time on each.

Hi I'm Steve. I just got off the Salomon RX 800. I give this ski five out of five. I absolutely loved it. It was rock solid stable. I pushed it as hard as I could, I did not get any chatter out of it. It held the turns very nice. Great big open wide turns. Very, very stable if you're an advanced level skier and you want a really solid ski that's perfect for any kind of hard packed groomer or light powder conditions this would be a great ski for you.

Hi my name is Sean. I just skied the Salomon RX800 ski. I give it 4/5 stars. It's geared towards the intermediate to advanced skier that's looking for a little bit more challenging of a ski that helps carve into those turns a little easier.

Hi this is Luke. Just finished skiing the Salomon RX 800 This ski replaces the tornado from previous years I give this ski a 4/5 stars. Definitely skied more geared towards your advanced intermediate to advanced level skiers. You are going to have to ski a little more to turn it. It got a little bit of metal in it so it's nice and responsive. Tons of edge grip, it's a fast ski to rip up the groomers and make a lot of turns. If you're looking for a little more aggressive ski check this out RX 800.

Comments about Salomon Enduro RX 800 Skis with Protrak Z 12 Bindings:
Hi I'm Kevin, I just got off the brand-new Salomon RX 800. This is Salomon's intermediate to low advanced ski in their line. I found this ski to be a very good value. It's pretty poppy, no metal so it's very easy to initiate turns and kind of change the turn shape. Very, very agile for an advanced intermediate that wants to aspire to be an advanced level skier this ski is going to help nurture you and take you there for sure. You'll be spending most of your time on the front side. It does have some rocker so it will float in the powder or in the crusty stuff. Very, very good ski all around. It gets, for the money, five out of five stars.

Hello this is Jesse. I just got done with the Salomon RX 800 in a 175 length. It's a great ski, five out of five. Lots of pop, a lot of quick turns. Great on the long carves as well. Pops a lot, it has a great edge and it was a real joy to actually ski. So, yeah, five out of five.

Comments about Salomon Enduro RX 800 Skis with Protrak Z 12 Bindings:
Hey everyone it's Fidel, I just got off of Salomons Enduro RX800 in a 175 length. You've got cap construction here, you've got one layer of titanal. It's a really fun ski. For me it favored more of the mid to short radius turns, really liked the front side. You could really open up. Felt a little bit sketchy at really, really high speeds but for the most part I would consider this a five out of five for anyone who just wants to rip down the hill as fast as they can linking their turns.
