The New Rossignol Pursuit HP is a high powered, light em up carving ski. Made with Rossignols Power Turn Rocker this ski is super quick edge to edge and has no speed limit. The Power Turn Rocker is 10% Tip Rocker with 90% camber. The tip rocker helps get the ski to initiate a turn quicker, while the high camber helps you set a deliberate and powerful edge, and gives you rebound, to spring you into your next turn. The Oversized Sidecut of the Pursuit HP gives you strong edging and lots of stability through all areas of the turn. The full wood core with titanium laminates gives the HP a very damp and powerful feel that can not be shaken, no matter how fast you can go or turn. Rossignols H Technology is a lengthwise split in the metal, at the tip and tail, to give the ski some torsional flex at either end of the ski, so you get full edge contact, with smooth turn initiation. The 16 meter turn radius makes this groomer destroyer quick enough to bang out slalom type turns, but have a versatile, fun shape to ski on any groomer. If you are looking for a fast skiing ski, that likes to be on edge, and if you can keep up with the Rossignol Pursuit HP, catch one if you can.

Comments about Rossignol Pursuit HP Skis with Axial 2 140 Ti Bindings 2014:

Hi Tom here with the Rossignol HP, 5/5 for this ski. Really designed for your bigger skier who's going to hammer on the edges, looking for something ultra stable. Really damp you do have to pull it from turn to turn a little bit. If you let it come across the fall line it takes awhile. If you really work this ski, and drive the ski around, it's incredibly stable, it doesn't chatter, it doesn't flutter. So your advanced Carver, your frontside ripper, beer league racer is going to love this.

Comments about Rossignol Pursuit HP Skis with Axial 2 140 Ti Bindings 2014:

Hi i'm Steve, and I just got off the Rossignol Pursuit HP. I give this ski 4/5 stars, the best word I can use to describe this ski would be a tank. It is extremely solid, it plows through anything. I felt like my skis were literally were sucking to the ground. The only thing I would say bad about it is the transition from edge to edge was very slow. If you like those big open wide swooping turns you'd probably really love this ski. It definitely does take time to move edge to edge it's not exactly quick snappy short turn ski. For a big mountain guy, probably a guy bigger then I am, and younger than I am. This things a monster it could probably handle an enormous amount of speed and weight.

Hey I'm Hans I just came off the Pursuit HP. This is a good all mountain ski for the advanced to expert skier. Does great in long turns, little bit stiff on shorter turns but definitely a ski that you can take anywhere with 81 underneath the foot. It has a slight rocker too that really makes it easy to initiate to a turn. I give this ski a 4 out of 5.

Hey i'm Brad I just got off the Rossignol Pursuit HP. I give this ski a 4/5 stars rock solid definitely held an edge really well. It needs a lot of speed to ski. So if your a guy who likes to go out there, really likes to drive your skis hard this would be an awesome for you. Personally i'm a little bit lighter weight so this ski was a little bit much for me to handle. I would definitely get exhausted skiing it all day, but it definitely felt solid underfoot. Couldn't feel any of the bumps in the snow very smooth ride, but a very aggressive ski.

Comments about Rossignol Pursuit HP Skis with Axial 2 140 Ti Bindings 2014:

Hi I'm Kevin I just got off of the new Rossignol Pursuit HP I give this ski 3.5 out of 5 stars. Biggest reason is the snow is getting a little cruddy out here. It's pretty choppy. I felt like the tip, I really couldn't set it consistently on edge, the tip just kind of got bounced around a lot in the cruddy snow. When I got to a little bit flatter, more groomed snow this ski was more consistent but for me I just don't think I'm quite have enough to power the ski so overall 3 1/2 out of 5 stars but I think if you're a bigger guy in your skiing mostly groomed trails you'll really enjoy the ski.

Comments about Rossignol Pursuit HP Skis with Axial 2 140 Ti Bindings 2014:

Rossignol Pursuit HP. Really fun ski. If you're a front side skier, you're mostly running groomers. you're running you know slight loose pack, maybe a little sugary day. This is going to be good for you. I'm not going to recommend this for anybody thats going to want to go ride the back bowl, things like that. 3 out of 5 stars. This ski is going to be great. This is definitely you advanced skier. Maybe somebody who use to charge a little bit harder in younger years who wants to slow down. Wants a ski thats a little more predictable not one that will kick their butt whole entire day, this is going to be it. It still going to have stiffness and response from the carbon and titanium that's built inside of it. So if you want to go, it's going to give you the go, but if you want to have a nice relaxing day and enjoy yourself, it'll do it too.

Comments about Rossignol Pursuit HP Skis with Axial 2 140 Ti Bindings 2014:

It's Hunter here with the Pursuit HP TI. This is a 5 star ski. This is one of those ones that is there were more stars i would give them. If you're a east coast or just a straight groomer ripper this is your choice. Just a little bit of tip rocker, not so much floating in soft snow but to make it easier to turn and jib up just a little bit a crud. This ski has no speed limit, it's damp, it's solid, and it's snappy. If you want responsive groom performance 80 underfoot gets you through anything. It's a great package.

    Hi,

I demoed this ski a few days ago and fell in love with it. Amazing front side ripper. I skied it in 170cm and that's what I was going to go with. Since its a carving ski, I though you are supposed to go shorter. However, I have been advised to go to 177cm. Can u recommend a proper size for me. I'm 6'1, 187lbs and high advanced moving into the expert field. If you could tell me what size was skied by your test team, that would be totally appreciated as well. Thank-you***

Ideally based on your height, weight and skill level I would put you in a ski in the 171cm to 176cm length range. By that determination you could potentially go with either the 170cm or 177cm length Rossignol Pursuit HP skis. If you would prefer more control, go with the 170cm model; if you would prefer a bit more top speed overall, go to the 177cm length.
