The Experience 98 is the big bad boy of the Experience line from Rossignol. At 98mm underfoot the Experience 98 gives you the ability to charge deep powder, blow crud away, and still rip on the hard pack. Rossignol's revolutionary Auto Turn Camber is a blend of seventy percent camber underfoot, and thirty percent rocker in the tip and tail. Tip rocker help the ski plane on top of the powder reducing the chances of going over the handlebars as you rocket down China Bowl on a deep day making as few turns as possible. It also absorbs the negative energy in crud on a day when High Rustler is firm and bumpy. The extended sidecut continues beyond the contact point where the tip and tail rocker start, so when you increase your edge angle there is more sidecut for more powerful turns. A great ski for someone Back East that wants a ski that will be ready when the Nor'Easters roll in, a Midwesterner that will spend more than a few days in the real mountains, or the Westerner that will spend some time on the groomers, or at a sub 350 inch resort. A true all mountain tool that will not disappoint anyone.

Comments about Rossignol Experience 98 Skis:

Hi Trey here with Rossignol Experience 98. I'm giving this ski 5/5 stars. I absolutely love this ski totally rips on the groomers. I think at 100 underfoot it's forgiving enough in the powder, but really good in crud, and chopped up snow. It's got a little bit of rocker so you can dip down into the trees, but where it really excels is ripping big long turns. The harder you push on it the more it gives back. I think anybody that's advanced to an expert skier is going to really enjoy this ski.

What's going on? Jeff here, Rossignol Experience 98. 5 stars again. Two years back to back this has been one of the most impressive skis Rossignol has come out with in a long time. At a 98 underfoot this thing goes anywhere, does anything and just rips it apart in the process. This is going to be good for anybody who's a solid advanced skier or somebody who's going to want to maybe do some tree runs with it. Not super deep, with a little bit of early and late rise with some camber underfoot on this particular ski is going to give you a ton of stability where you can just stomp on it and go. Very very sturdy underfoot with this full sidewall construction ski Again 5 out of 5. It's perfect for you all mountain, go everywhere ski.

Hunter here, got off the Experience 98 this is a five star ski. It's one of my favorite skis I have ever skied on. If your looking for a none twin all mountain directional ski this is your ticket. Likes to go fast, carve turns like a race stock GS ski. Surprisingly nimble edge to edge for being 98 underfoot. The little bit of tip rocker makes it easy to ski, and easy to start a turn considering how stable it is. If you want to go fast and ride firmer conditions this is your ticket. There really isn't much else like it.

Hi Thom here with the Rossignol Experience 98. 5 out of 5, I have a pair of these ski, I absolutely love these skis. It's your medium to long radius all mountain carver. Tons and tons of edge hold, great grip powerful on to edge, it does require a little bit of muscle to get it going but once you're up to speed it turns very easily, plows through crud, doesn't really care what's in front of it. Just strong edge hold and great carving all the way down the hill. The only thing I would stear away from this is you're an intermediate or you're not quite as strong of a skier because it does take a bit a of work.

Tyler here. I just got off the Rossi Experience 98's. I probably give them 4 out of 5. Awesome ski, just a little too much ski for the hill I was on. I'd definitely classify it as a big mountain ski. It's got a full sidewall. A little bit of early rise. For the most part it's just a big mountain ski, big carves and a great ski all around for probably an intermediate to expert rider.

I'm Adam and I'm skiing on the Rossia Experience 88. 5 out of 5, I loved this ski last year, I love this ski again this. 98 Underfoot with a full sidewall. It's that really versitile all mountain width that can do everything. Auto-turn rocker. Little bit of rocker in the tip, little bit of rocker in the tail. Like to turn likes to carve. It's a good ski in some soft snow. Up to about a foot, you know 16-18 inches of powder you probably want to get into some a little wider, but this is a really good versitile ski that can do everything. 5 out of 5.

Hi I'm Steve. I just got off the new Rossi Experience 98. It's actually not new. I it's the same ski as last year. It got great reviews in the magazines. I give this one a 3.5 out of 5. This is for a bigger guy than me. It is 98 underfoot making it a very wide ski for something that really wants to stay on edge and carve. I find that the 88 and the 83 are more of my liking, but if you're a guy who likes to carve but you want a nice wide stable platform and something that really likes to transition from edge to edge very quickly this would be a great ski for you.

This is the biggest in the Experience line, and it's the one that can do the most for you. You can put all the weight you got into it, and all the power you got an this ski will not let go. It just holds an edge all day, and it will just make those big giant turns down the mountain all day.

Hey I'm Brad. I just got off the Rossignol Experience 98. This ski rocks. I give it a 5 out of 5 stars, super fast for a 98 side to side. It holds really really well, super smooth. Likes to be ridden at high speeds. I could not believe how well this ski, skied for how big it is. Again you definitely want to be the advanced to expert level to ski this one. It does like high speeds to get up on edge, but once you get it humming it just wont stop.
