 Overview

The Rossignol Evo Tour 60 is a great cross country ski for someone who will spend nearly all of their time skiing on the groomed tracks, but will do some light off trail skiing. The Evo 60 comes with an NIS NNN binding pre-mounted on the ski, so once you receive them you can click in your boots and glide away. Rossignol's LDC Wood Core will give you ample support and push as you make your way through the woods, and the Positrack Base has good gliding properties. If you will be mostly on the groomed track and want a simple and easy cross country set up the Evo Tour 60 will be a great way to go!

Q: I am currently skiing on Rossignol First classic skis (width 47). I want to purchase a better ski, but still waxless and still Rossignol. Besides the difference in width between the Rossignol Action 50 and the Tour 60, are there any differences that would help me decide which one is better for me. I ski mostly groomed track, only getting off of groomed track when switching from one groomed track to another groomed track. Are there even better wax less Rossignol skis you would recommend? Thanks.

Know the answer? Answer this question

A: The waist width is the biggest difference between the two skis. Having a slightly wider footprint underfoot will give you more stability as you jump from track to track. The extra 3mm will not make the ski less efficient when kicking turns or gliding.
