Q: Which type of boot are these considered to be, Hard or Soft? What are the differences between the two boot types? I have only skated with Soft boots.

Know the answer? Answer this question

A: This is a soft boot style inline skate. Although this skate offers some hard plastic on the outer of the skate, for durability and support, the majority of the skate is going to be made up of softer materials. Most all recreational and fitness skates are going to offer a more softer style design, and you will only find hard boot skates in aggressive skates (for doing tricks off ramps and such, and on urban skates (mix between an aggressive skate and a standard skate). Most all skaters will do fine with a softer style boot as it offers great comfort without compromising performance.
