Designed with a wider waist, the Ride Helix Wide is ideal for all-mountain freestyle riders with larger than average boot sizes. If you prefer a traditional cambered profile and an aggressive sidecut twin, this board will be right up your alley. With its Asymmetric Sidecut, you get perfect balance in your turns, with a tighter heel sidecut for complete and total control. Pair that with its Asymmetric Twin Camber profile and you have a board that can charge at high speeds on hardpack and dominate the park. Roll In Slimewalls increase overall strength, prevent topsheet chipping and reduce weight. The Pop Rods 2.0 Core consists of flat carbon rods wrapped around a urethane slime-core which gives you massive pop with smooth landings. Add in Hybrid Glass and you get balanced torsion and stiffness for better response at high speeds.

Q: hello my name is colby and i have been spying on this board for a very long time while reading reviews on the board. I have been told its a great board. I have been seeing more comments saying its good and fun on rails or its not as fun/easy. And another question was how easy is it to catch an edge? i have ridden rocker and want to try a camber. Anything helps thank you

Know the answer? Answer this question

A:The Helix is an intermediate to advanced all mountain freestyle board, so it's not going to be as forgiving as some boards can be. It's not ultra stiff but it's not a soft super buttery board. It's asymmetrical which means its easier to transfer energy to your heelside than on a regular board because of a tighter sidecut. In regards to how hard it is to catch an edge, well boards that are completely rockered would be the least likely to, but also tend to be more squirly. This has a combination of camber and rocker so it won't be as catch free but not quite as demanding as a strictly camber board.
