Exchanges
All you need to do is place your exchange order online and mail the original item back to us. A credit for your original product will be processed upon receipt of the return. This is the recommended and best method for an exchange. But, if you're not keen on this process, call us and we will set up the exchange for you.

Refunds
Return credits are the purchase price minus shipping. Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days of receipt and are for the original purchase price less the original shipping.
