Once you are done shopping and have placed the items you want to purchase into your cart, click the “Checkout” button to begin placing your order. You will then be given three methods of checking out to choose from, either as a returning customer, a new customer or guest checkout.
After you select which method to use, you will be asked to select or fill out your shipping address and select a method for shipping. If your shipping address matches your billing address then check the “Use this address for Billing” box. To proceed click the “Continue Checkout” button.
On the next page you will be asked to provide your billing address and your email account. You will also be prompted to enter any gift certificate information or coupon/discount codes. Codes are not case sensitive. Then you will need to select a payment method, either a credit card or Pay Pal. Once you have entered your payment information, click on “Proceed with Checkout”.
Then you will reach the last page before you submit your order. It should show all the items you have selected along with availability, prices and product details. Make sure you selected the right items by checking over all this information. If you wish to change your order, click the “Edit Cart” button. This will allow you to make the changes you want and then click “Update Cart” then the “Checkout” button. When you are finished, click on the “Submit Order” button to submit your order. The final page is a confirmation page with a confirmation number, a confirmation will also be sent to your email account that you provided earlier in the process. The email confirmation will be received within approximately 24 to 48 hours of your order submission. You will also receive another email confirmation when your order has been shipped and your credit card has been charged.

If you'd like to cancel or change your order, please call 1-800-SKIS.COM (800-754-7266) as soon as possible. We'll do everything we can to accommodate your request. But please bear in mind that our order-fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently. Therefore, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process.
