 Overview

The Nordica Santa Ana 93 is a ripping ski for ladies that will charge through any condition on any mountain. A 93mm waist floats in the powder, powers through crud, and feels impressively nimble in the bumps or groomers. Nordica's Balsa Core CA has a microlam design just for women to be powerful, but light on your feet, and will not cause extra fatigue. The All-Mountain camRock Profile has a rockered tip that provides excellent floatation and very quick turn initiation. Camber underfoot delivers a high amount of rebound and superb edge hold when things can feel firm. A slight amount of rocker in the tail will give you an easy release from carves and will improve the maneuverability in the fresh snow. If you want to blow in like a winter storm, make sure that you have the new Nordica Santa Ana on your feet.

Hey Jess here, I just got off the Nordica Santa Ana 93's. I would give this ski a 5 out of 5 stars. It's an advanced level ski and it really rips and grips very, very well. When you initiate the turn if you ever have trouble with trying to initiate your turn and you kind of slide into it and then it catches, the nice thing about this ski is it will catch that turn right as you start to initiate it, and pull you all the way through it; but it's still very easy to control so if you're looking to do some sharp quick turns, it's fine with that and those long arching turns it really loves. It's got great energy to it, it almost shoots you into another turn right when you come out of the first one. So if you're that advanced level skier just looking to really up your ability even more, this would be a great ski for you.

Hi I'm Julie, I just got off the Nordica Santa Ana 93. I give this ski a 5 out of 5 star rating. I thought it was a really good all-mountain ski. A little bit wider waist for this ladies ski, gives it a really nice platform for variable snow conditions and powder skiing conditions. It does have a full sidewall so it's awesome to rip down groomers too. But for that advanced to expert level lady, where I'm giving it a 5 out of 5 stars.

Q: I am an advanced Intermediate skier looking to progress onto more challenging and unpredictable terrain. I am 5'2 and 95 lbs. Currently own a Nordica frontside ski that I absolutely love. Would this ski be too much for me to handle?

A: The Santa Ana 153cm would be a great option for you. Although it is loaded with power, the ski is not overly demanding or fatiguing, even for a petite skier like yourself.

A: The Santa Ana 93 is a totally new ski this season. Last year the Santa Ana only was available in a 100mm waist. This year a 100mm and 93mm waist is available. The only difference between the two are the waist width.
