The FireArrow F2 is an advanced ski boot designed to rip up the hard pack like you have never done before. A new shell design started with the lower cuff being taller, for more lateral precision, and an increased range of motion from side to side. Stiffness measures the amount of force needed to bend the boot forward. Progression represents the increase in stiffness as the boot is flexed forward from the neutral position to the deepest flex point. The bigger the progression, the stiffer the boot behaves through the forward flex allowing faster load transmission of the ski. Rebound measures the rate at which the boot returns the neutral upright position from the deepest flexing point. The higher the rate of rebound the faster the boot returns, enabling a quicker turn. Nordica's EDT Technology gives the boot more strength to resist twisting, giving you more power to turn your skis easier. A 45 degree instep retention buckle keeps your foot locked in without deforming the shape of the boot or your foot. The three piece shell design is easy to enter and exit. The FireArrow F2 will change the way you ski, and the development of ski boots in the future.

Comments about Nordica FireArrow F2 Ski Boots:

I got these boots because I have a bone chip in my ankle that makes it highly inflexible and getting on traditional boots with an overlapping shell can be difficult, if not impossible at times. These boots slide on with no problem - even if they are cold - and they offer great performance. I highly recommend these if you want a comfortable performance-oriented boot.

Comments about Nordica FireArrow F2 Ski Boots:

I needed a new boot to go with my Nordica Fire Arrow skis, and these make turning very easy. Just lean your shin left or right, not forward, and the tall sides of the boot practically turn the skis all by themselves. And the center buckle will really snug your heel into the back of the boot. I like my boots snug, and I ordered a 27.5, my old boots were 28.5, and the first time I used them my feet went numb. I used a thin sock the next time and they were much better, just a little tingling. I suspect they will get better over time.

The actual flex of the FireArrow F2 boots will be progressive and range between 110 and 125.
