I love my Fire Arrow 80 Ti Skis!  Not to be confused with the stiffer double Ti sheathed Pro's, the 80 Ti's have one sheath of Ti & love to carve and go fast!  

The side cut allows you to carve Piste and icey conditions equally well!  The dual slalom & giant slalom specs built into the ski work great on piste which is where I do most of my skiing. 

The graphite composite combined with the sidewall construction creates a really cool sound as you're ripping through packed piste & ice.  I've had countless head turns from other fast skiers & boarders look back in surprise as I approach from behind because of the jet like sound of the skis.  FUN Stuff!  These sticks have racing skids on the bottom and are a ton of Fun on the front side of the mountain!  

They perform fine at intermediate speeds but not going slow or plowing through powder.  

I am an over 200lb Advanced Intermediate to Advanced skier & chose the 164 length for a number of different reasons I won't go into here...

Hi this is EJ, I just demonstrated the Nordica Fire Arrow 80. 80mm wide underfoot, I took it out in a 172 length. a little longer for me. I found this ski to be a little choppy in the crust, it's not really a great crud ski. It holds solidly on edge once you get there but it doesn't really bash through, it rides it a little bumpy. I'm giving this only 3 1/2 stars and I'm inclined to like everybody's skis but this is not one I'm a real big fan of. It's stable on edge but it bounces around a little bit too much for my taste. This is Hans, I just came off the Nordica Fire Arrow 80 TI. This ski has a lot of rebound. It's a quick turning ski, only got one band of metal in it so it's a little bit sturdier. Short to medium radius turns it's a great ski, on longer turns I've said it will not hold as well if you ski too aggressive. I give this ski a 4/5.

Nordica Fire Arrow 80 TI. It runs the single sheet of titanium in it so you know you're more advanced skier, he's going to like this a lot. It's got a good backbone to it, really good torsional stability, a stack sidewall system so you're going to have great edge hold. This is a really, really fun ski, go anywhere, do anything. Groomers, loose pack, whatever you want to do this is going to be a great ski for your more aggressive intermediate skier. I give this 4/5 stars.

Hey I'm Kevin, I just got off the Nordica Fire Arrow 80 TI. I really liked this ski. It's the little brother to the Fire 80 Pro. If you are a little bit lighter weight, not as aggressive of a skier I would definitely go with the 80. It's much softer, much easier to get on edge, really clicks, tons of edge grip. With that cross pounds binding system if you get a little bit in the backseat you'll still pressure the tips. So, very smooth and very stable ski of which is absolutely laying trenches on this thing had my feet way out from under me and didn't feel the least bit insecure. Super stable with the kind of bowed twin tail you can get backwards, you can hang with the kids with these things. Hands-down five out of five stars.

Hi I'm Steve. I just got off the Fire Arrow 80. I give this ski four and a half out of five stars. I actually like the Fire Arrow 74 a little better, I gave that one 5/5 stars. This skis a little wider, a little slow to transition but very, very stiff. A little too stiff for me but very snappy, very poppy. Really carved deep hard turns and if you're a guy who likes to go really fast and you want a ski for the front side of the mountain, a little more width with an 80 mm waist that can really hold a turn, this would be a great ski for you. Definitely an advanced level ski for a skier that likes to ski really hard and fast.
