Q: Is a ski with of 84mm cutting it too close? Planning on using it on a women's ski of 147cm. Skier is advanced, with a weight of 105 and uses a DIN of 3.5. Appropriate?

A:You will have plenty of space putting this 85mm brake on a ski that is 84mm, If you are putting it on a women's ski I would recommend mounting an adult binding, the screws are longer and will give you a more secure connection from the binding to the ski by going all the way into the core of the ski.

Q: will this work with 133cm skis? (im 90 lbs) and if they dont, what wil?
Asked : Mar 05, 2014
By : Alex, Ohio
Know the answer? Answer this question

A:The length of the skis will not factor into the determination if a binding will work with it. The Marker M7.0 Free Junior bindings will have a brake width of 85mm, so it will work for a ski with a waist width between 70mm and 83mm.

Q: What size shoe would 85mm be best for
Asked : Dec 01, 2013
By : Simonnnzy, Lords Valley, PA
Know the answer? Answer this question

A:These bindings are capable of fitting any boots. The size, 85mm, refer to the brake size. The brake size tells you what width ski they will fit, not what size boots. So this will fit skis with a width up to 85mm at the waist (middle) dimension.
