The Shadow is all about fun and forgiveness in the park as well as any other firm snow. 4D Fibercap construction and an Aspen Macroblock core keep the Shadow nice and light underfoot while leaving it with a stable and durable feel. G-Cut geometry promotes great edge hold with a powerful finish to the turn and less unwanted tip hooking. This leaves the Shadow feeling strong in the carve, catch free for landing airs, and smooth for switch riding. To round everything out the Shadow gets a symmetrical flex pattern increasing the park nature of the ski, providing a balanced feel. The Shadow is a park oriented ski with all-mountain skills for any gal looking to take the sport and her skills to the next level. Beginner through solid intermediate skiers wanting to dabble in the park will find everything they want in the Shadow.

Comments about Line Shadow Womens Skis:

While it performed well in powder, it didn't do well when coasting~really slowed me down. When you would hit certain conditions, like going from downhill to coasting, it was like an immediate slow down...almost made you loose your balance.

Comments about Line Shadow Womens Skis:

Hi I'm Julie. I just got off the Line Shadow. I give this ski a five out of five star rating. I found it to be a great ski for beginner to advanced intermediate level women. It's a nice soft core so it's very stable and forgiving but has great edge grip and enough liveliness to progress to a state where you're actually able to carve the ski around. So it's great for young girls, it's got a really cool graphic and an awesome base graphic to it too. Cool moms or whoever wants to ride, it's a really great ski.

Comments about Line Shadow Womens Skis:

Hi I'm Annie and I just hopped off of the Line Shadow. It's a beginner advanced intermediate pipe park ski, all mountain and park. On the hill I had some nice sweeping turns, very friendly and also sit back on it and let it ride. It was really nice. I rode a 157, it has asymmetric flex and a g cut geometry, I gave it a 4/5. I was able to ride up the sides of the half pipe nicely, quick, snappy and transitional. Coming down it was a really nice beginner pipe ski to really enjoy.

                  A:

You always want to base your binding brake size on the width of the skis you are attempting to fit the bindings to. In the case of the Line Shadow womens skis, the waist width is 85mm, so your best bet would be go with a 90mm brake binding.
