 Overview

The K2 iKonic 85Ti creates a smooth and stable feeling on the frontside of the mountain. The Carbon Grid Construction uses a weave stretched out across the fore body and tail of the ski to increase the responsiveness at high speeds and increase the torsional strength. K2's Konic Technology pulls heavier material away from the center of the ski to increase the maneuverability by adding strength to the edges, but creating a very low swingweight. All-Terrain Rocker uses rocker in the tip for flotation and easy turning, while camber underfoot delivers edge grip and rebound. The iKonic 85Ti has an Aspen-Paulownia wood core and a metal laminate to beef up the horsepower for control and stability on the frontside of the mountain.

I'm Adam and I was just skiing on the K2 Ikonic 85 Ti. I give this ski 4 out of 5 stars. It's a great ski for that strong intermediate all the way up to advanced skier. 85mm at the waist with a little bit of rocker in the tip. For me I think that it works really well for a little bit lighter or lesser aggressive skier who wants a lot of control and really wants a ski that will excel at shorter quick turns. 4 out of 5 stars.

Hey I'm Paulie and I just skied the K2 Ikonic 85 Ti. I give this ski a 3 out of 5 star rating. This is a good intermediate ski for somebody who doesn't like to ski really fast or make short, quick turns. It's a good medium turning ski, it holds up pretty well at speed; but you're going to want to stick to groomed snow and blue runs on this ski. 3 out of 5 stars.

Hi I'm Steve, I just got off the K2 Ikonic 85 Ti. I give this ski 4.5 out of 5 stars, it does not disappoint. It got ski of the year last year. I call this the perfect doctor/lawyer ski it's really easy to get on, very easy to turn, very easy to initiate. Short radius turns, very quick and poppy so if you like something that is quick edge-to-edge i would say its a perfect ski for both hard packed and groomed conditions; but you can also take it out to the big mountains and use it on the front side. It's a really good all one ski quiver type of ski and held edge really great. The titanium in it keeps it nice and quiet and it's really easy, fun to ski. Even though its an advanced level ski i would recommend this to an advanced intermediate who aspires to get better. Its definitely a ski that can grow with you, nice ski; 4.5 out of 5.

Hi I'm Steve I just got off the K2 Ikonic 85 Ti. I give these skis 4 out of 5 stars. Very responsive on quick and medium speed turns. They do pretty well at higher speeds they get a little chattery at the fastest speeds. Really stable, comfortable ski. I like them. Give them 4 out of 5 stars.

Hi I'm Thom, I just got of the K2 Ikonic 85 Ti. I'm going to give this ski 3.5 out of 5 stars. For me as a bigger skier, it was a little bit soft and a little bit easy to overpower; but for a lightweight intermediate through expert level skier who wants something that is going to be great on trail and really easy to carve; it's almost brainless in terms of how easy it is to get up on edge. It's going to be a fantastic option, 3.5 out of 5.

Q: What ski length would u recommend? I am 66 yrs. & skied for last 46, In my younger years I skied moguls, off trail & deep powder (Alta Utah) where I skied bummed for 2 Yrs. Due to age and a few aches I mostly ski groomers at high speed but will ski a few bumps and venture off trail when snow is fresh and soft. Going to Vail for 1 month this winter. I am 5'-9" and weigh 165lbs
