The new K2 AMP Rictor 90XTi is the widest K2 AMP ski ever built. If you are looking for a ski that can take on the powder in the sidecountry, enjoy a soft day inbounds and still make precise turns on groomers, we have it for you. The RoX technology gives the Rictor 90XTi torsional power without adding extra weight to the ski by having an x-shaped carbon web along the mid body of the ski. The Progressive side cut is designed to make the ski easy to turn in variable snow while the rockered, tapered, powder tip makes the Rictor 90 a dream to float in the light fluffy stuff. If you feel like slapping on some skins for a lap or two in the BC, K2 has added some skin grommets and made it Z-Clip Skin compatible. The metal laminate along with the Hybritech Sidewalls will give you all of the stability that is required of a ski of this caliber. If you never know what kind of adventure a day on the slopes might hold for you and you want a ski that is prepared for anything, the K2 Rictor 90 XTi will be the perfect choice.

Comments about K2 Rictor 90 XTI Skis 2014:

Hi, this is Trey. I just got done skiing K2's (Amp) Rictor 90XTi. I've given it 4.5 out of 5 stars. Really like this ski, I'm surprised that there's metal in it because it felt really playful, but at the same time, totally held an edge. The more you leaned on it, the more it was there for you. Real easy to transition in between turns, powerful enough to get through some crud. You could probably take it down through the bumps, it's got a little bit of early rise, so in powder and stuff, it'll be okay. If you need an all mountain, kind of, do everything ski, I think this could be a really good choice for you.

Hi, I'm Steve. I just got off the brand new K2 Amp Rictor 90 XTi. So, it's 90 at the waist, XTi means it's got a titanium metal sheet in it. It's a very stable ski, I give it 4 out of 5 stars. It's definitely for a person who likes more wide open turns, it definitely likes a GS style turn. It's very stable, very easy transition from edge to edge. Not terribly snappy or quick I really like the 82, the model below this, much quicker and snappier, but if you like a really solid, stable ski and you're an advanced level skier, and just want something that is really nice and smooth and easy to transition on, this would be the ski I'd recommend for you.

It's Rick. Just got off the K2's AMP Rictor 90. Great all-mountain ski. I would definitely go up a size in this ski. It's a little squirrely when you're trying ot push it a little bit more just because of the early rise that is on this ski, it's not very stiff. It's a great all-mountain ski. Someone who's about an intermediate-to-advanced skier would love this. It's easy to turn, it holds on hard groomers really well. In the soft snow, it just kind of floats right though.

Hi, I'm Kevin. I just got off the brand new K2 AMP Rictor 90 XTi. I give this ski 4.5 out of 5 stars. I really, really enjoyed this. It was really lively, very poppy. My only complaint is I tested it in a 170 and I think I probably should have been on a 77 so when I was going really, really fast it did get a little bit chattery on me and I think that little longer, more appropriate length, something I'm more accustomed to, would solve that problem. But just a lot of pop. Very lively. Had a ton of energy. Tons of edge grip. It's just a fun little frontside all-mountain ski. 90 at the waist. It handled the hard pack. It handled the little bit softer, crudier snow without any issues. So, this ski gets 4.5 out of 5 stars for me.

Yo, this is Josh here. I just got off the K2 AMP Rictor 90 XTi. I give this ski 3.5 stars out of 5. It was edge-to-edge it was pretty quick. Frontside skiing, it's a little bit shaky underfoot. I see this as a good all-mountain ski probably for a good intermediate. But that's about it. I don't see this ski being a very advanced- level ski. 3.5 stars out of 5.

I'm Hans. Just came off the K2 Rictor 90 XT. This ski is 90 underneath the foot. Not really holding that well in high speed. I give this ski a 3 out of 5. It's more designed for your non-aggressive skier that wants a ski that's gonna take them anywhere without pushing too much. But it's definitely a ski that you can take anywhere: Midwest, east coast, anywhere you want to go.

hello. i currently do most of my skiing in the midwest (MN) with a couple of weekly trips out west. I am looking for a new pair of skis that would be best suited for this mixture of skiing. i am an advanced intermediate skier and comfortable on most blacks out west. skiing in knee deep snow is not necessary either was looking at the k2 rictor 90 or similar, not sure if that ski is to wide for the midwest.

For a mainly Mid-West ski that can also be used out West I would have suggested a ski with a waist width of 85mm to 90mm, which the K2 Rictor 90 XTI fits into fine. The titanium hybrid laminate will make the ski super responsive as well, so even when using the Rictor in icy or cruddy conditions you should be able to carve very well, even at 90mm underfoot.
