The new K2 Poacher is an awesome ride for any skier looking for versatility on and off piste, or tearing up the park. The Poacher uses a Double Barrel Construction has a denser fir wood core on the extremities, and a softer aspen wood in the center for a very low swingweight for easier maneuvering and floating sick 9's over the cat track. A Carbon Boost Braid has braided carbon over the fore body and tail for extra pop and rebound. The Poacher has a 96mm waist that makes for a great landing platform when you stomp something huge, but it also gives you great flotation and stability in the soft snow. TwinTech Sidewalls are highly durable to reduce the chances of damage on rails or ski on ski contact. All-Terrain Rocker only adds to the maneuverability and playfulness of this all mountain twin that can truly head anywhere on the mountain.

Hi I'm Adam and I was just skiing on the K2 Poacher. I give this ski 4 out of 5 stars. For what it is and who it's for it's a fantastic ski. Basically it's a good all-mountain twin tip with a little bit lighter, snappier feeling for the lighter weight or the younger skier. It makes a fantastic ski for teenagers. It's really, actually pretty stable at speed at both medium to long turns, and really had a lot of energy into short turns. 4.5 out of 5 stars.

Hi I'm Thom. I just got off of the K2 Poacher, this is a 4 out of 5 star ski for me. What this ski really excels at is that all-mountain freestyle feel with this kind of waist width it's still real carvy, still easy to handle on the groomers. Skis switch real well, super stable for park laps, but it's got enough width that it can really go all over the entire mountain. Good in soft snow, good in bumps, very nimble, very light weight. It does lack a little bit of pop that i'd want in a ski like this, but it just is smooth, stable and predictable. 4 out of 5 stars.

Hi I'm Josh, I just got done riding the poacher by K2. I give this ski 3.5 out of 5 stars. This would be a great ski for that intermediate skier looking for a freestyle, all-mountain ski. At 96mm underfoot and the combination of rocker in the tip, camber, a little bit of rocker in the tail. This would be an awesome all-mountain ski for an intermediate skier who might take a couple park laps but is really looking for a directional all-mountain ski. 3.5 out of 5 stars.

Hi I'm Jon I just got off the K2 Poacher. I give this ski a 5 out of 5 stars. This ski is good for that intermediate, advanced and even expert level rider. It has a very nice stiff tail, so it's going to pop you out of the turn very well. Rocker tip and tail, camber underfoot so it's a great all-mountain in powder, big mountain ski. It's great for everybody.

Hi I'm Jeff, I just got off the K2 Poacher. I give this ski 4 out of 5 stars. It's really for your intermediate to advanced skier, who is looking for something that has a full sidewall that is going to give you great grip on hard snow; but also something that is really fun in the park and it's super playful because of how soft the tip and tail are, it's just a really fun ride all around. So I give it 4 out of 5 stars.
