K2 A.M.P. Photon Ski Package

Designed for the intermediate to advanced skier the K2 A.M.P. Photon Ski Package that combines functionality and technology to give you a ski/boot combo that will be great for you. The cap construction gives the Photon some forgiveness, without being flimsy. A fir/aspen wood core, and a triaxial braid, gives the ski some pop, responsiveness, and some torsional rigidity. K2's All Terrain Rocker (rocker in the tip, with camber underfoot) give the Photon some float in the soft snow and powder, some forgiveness in the crud, and bumps, and quicker turn initiation on the groomers. The M3 binding plate is redesigned this season to be lower, wider, and lighter, giving the ski more control, and a more efficient power transfer from the binding to the ski. You'll also get the Salomon Mission 6 boot that is mellow and recreational. At a soft 65 flex the Mission 6 is an easy boot to push around the hill. The XFITFusion Advanced liner adds an enormous amount of warmth and comfort with it's thermoform technology and wool lining from the heel to toes. Four micro adjustable buckles and tool free catches on the upper let the Mission 6 adapt to most foot and legs shapes, increasing the fit and comfort for the boot.
