I purchased the Hotronic Snapdry Boot & Glove Dryer primarily to dry my gloves. I already have a little device for my boots. After a day of skiing, my gloves become very wet due to perspiration from my hands. I normally take three sets of gloves on a ski trip…..hate damp gloves to start a ski day off. Decided to purchase this little device and see if it works. I'm happy to say it does. It dried a wet pair of gloves in about 12 hours……I was impressed because the air flow is very light, but effective enough. It would normally take three to four days to air dry over a heat vent. This unit seems to be made with good quality, and appears to be durable……time will tell. There is a timer, but it doesn't seem very accurate…..best bet is to set to max and let it go overnight.

The airflow is not strong but it effectively dried my ski boots in a quick three hours. My friend also used it and said it was great and plans to get one.

After going through 2 DryGuy Boot Dryers (thankfully the second one was free since the first one broke in one day) that I purchased at a reputable ski store back East, I decided it was time to move up. This dryer is not that much more expensive than the DryGuy but works 100x better. I found it doing research online and reading a number of positive reviews. Comes with two attachments for drying all sorts of things. Only thing this doesn't have that the DryGuy has is the ability to do boots and gloves at the same time. But this thing dries them so fast, it's not really an issue to swap them. No complaints!

A very easy to use, effective boot dryer. It has a timer feature which appears to work well, however you should be content with being off by an hour or so. At the end of the day, so long as it turns off in a reasonable time period, I'm happy. For the price and size, I'd recommend it.

This is my second Snapdry boot dryer; the first died after 11 or 12 years. The new dryer works great, and I expect that it will last as long as the first one I had. The only minor complaint is that the timer has no hour markings, is highly inaccurate, and even on the lowest time setting the unit seems to stay on for at least 3 or 4 hours.
