 Overview

The Head Absolut Joy is a perfect ski for the athletic beginner to solid intermediate skier looking for a lightweight ride that is very easy to control. A Superlite Composite Core uses injected composite material that has a soft longitudinal flex, but Graphene adds torsional strength and rigidity when you need it. Graphene is an ultra-lightweight, but incredibly strong material that is only a single molecule thick that adds extra stability and responsiveness to the Absolut Joy. Allride Rocker uses rocker in the tip that initiate the ski into a turn easier, while the Women's Specific Camber grips the snow, and requires less weight or energy to engage into the snow. Head's Power Sidewall Jacket adds extra grip on firm conditions. If you want a lightweight ski that will increase the amount of control you have on the groomers and be less fatiguing than other skis you have been skiing on, the Head Absolut Joy is the perfect option.

Hi I'm Julie, I just got off the Head Absolut Joy. I give this ski a 5 out of 5 star rating. I though it was an excellent ski for an intermediate to advanced level skier. It gives you a lot of versatility to be able to move from that intermediate level on up. It does perform well for a skidded turn at slower speeds but you could also open it up and rip some nice carved turns with this too; so if you're looking to take your skiing to the next level this is a really good choice.

Hi I'm Marcia and I just got off the Head Absolut Joy Ski. I give this ski 4.5 out of 5. I think it's a really nice ski, although I feel there was a bit of chatter over the ice. It's a bit icy out here on the hill today, although the edges held tight. I felt that I had good control, and I felt that the long turns went smoothly and that this is a good ski to take from a beginner-intermediate to the next level of skiing. Again, I give this ski 4.5 out of 5 stars.

Hi I'm Brigitte and I just got off of the Head Absolut Joy. I gotta say I love the graphic on the ski it's really clean, it's a stylish ski, I feel really confident on it, I give it a 4.5 out of 5 stars. I felt very comfortable all around on the mountain and it's good for an intermediate skier like myself that just wants to have fun, so I give it a 4.5 out of 5.

Hey I'm Jess and I just got off the Head Absolut Joys. This is definitely an intermediate level ski, I would give it 4.5 out of 5 stars. I was very impressed, it really holds a carve very well, you don't have to put a lot of power or effort into it. You can kind of just lean it over a little bit and these skis know exactly what to do for you; so if you're getting a little more comfortable at speed they are very stable under foot, they are very easy to maneuver if you kind of aren't sure about your turns and you want to get out of them really quick, they will respond very, very well. I would highly recommend this for an intermediate level skier.

Hi I'm Jessica and I just got off the Head Absolut Joy. I rate this ski a 4 out of 5. This is a good ski for an intermediate to an advanced intermediate rider. It's got the rocker in the tip and the tail so it really gets you in and out of turns easily. For me I'm more of a mellow intermediate so it was a little bit out of my threshold, but at the slower medium turns it took it very well; the shorter quick turns, I couldn't really control it that much but if you're more of an advanced intermediate, advanced rider it could be the ski for you. For me 4 out of 5 stars.
