The XC Comfort Pro from Fischer is an excellent option for cross country skiers looking for a boot that is easy to slide into and offers moderate support on the groomed tracks. Fischer's Triple F Membrane does a fantastic job of regulating the temperature inside the boot to keep you dry and comfortable. The Speed Lock System uses a toggle on the laces to cinch the XC Comfort Pro up tight, and you know that it is staying tight, so you won't have to worry about your heel slipping around inside the boots. The Comfort Guard has water-repelling insulation in the forefoot and toe for extra warmth when you are gliding through the woods on cold days.

Most Comfortable Ski Boots I've Ever Owned
This is the best skiing year since I retired to northern NH. Just got back from a ski in below zero temps. That's following a week that had a day in the mid-forties which I also skied. These are fantastically comfortable xc ski boots, most comfortable I've owned in more than twenty years of xc skiing. They really do mold to your feet. These boots are exceptionally warm yet they are breathable, so no moisture collects inside even on warm days. I usually don't like non-tie laces, but these really work. My last two pairs--I ski 4 or 5 days a week--had plastic ankle control supports, which these don't have: Those supports are not missed in the least. Having had many European sized xc and downhill boots, I ordered up two sizes, but maybe one size up would have been fine.
