Elan's U-Flex Technology uses ribs cut horizontally across the ski that allow it to be flexed easily, with minimal pressure applied to the ski. By having a softer easier flexing ski your little skier will have a more consistent edge contact and more control over their skis. Q: Does this has bindings mounted when shipping?
Asked : Jul 24, 2016
By : DJ, MN
Know the answer? Answer this question

A:No, we can only mount bindings if boots are purchased with them. Ski binding manufactures have a liability agreement that states when the binding is mounted; it is set up, adjusted, and tested by a certified tech, with the exact boot that is going into that binding. The boot and binding must be go through a series of function tests and visual inspections to ensure that the binding keeps you in when you need to be kept in, and release you when you need to be released. This is done for your safety. Alpine ski bindings are an important piece of safety equipment and should be set up properly with all necessary equipment present.
