Blizzard engineers had to think long and hard as to how they could improve the Bonafide, but they did. This past season they added the Flip Core Carbon Rocker Construction to it. Flip Core Carbon Rocker has 90 degree Carbon Fiber integrated into the rockered areas in the tip and tail to reduce the weight of the ski to eliminate tip wobble on firm terrain, lower the swingweight, and make the Bonafide easier to control, to allow a wider range of skiers to enjoy ripping any terrain possible. Blizzard presses the wood of their skis upside down in the press to give it a natural flex, better flotation, and more stability. The 98mm waist only makes the Bonafide a true all terrain ski to be able to float in the deep snow, crush crud, and be highly maneuverable on a groomer. A Double Titanium layer plus an additional layer over the binding mounting platform sits on top of a Poplar/Beech Wood Core that has a very powerful feeling, and will be ultra-stable no matter how fast you push your skis down the mountain. If you are looking for that one ski does it all, that knows no speed limit, saddle up and click into the Blizzard Bonafide, this ski has not been a best seller since its inception for no reason.

Bonafides are the best All Mountain ski on the market. They do everything well from carving to powder. Pretty awesome in crud.

Hi, my name is Josh. I just got off the Bonafide by Blizzard. I give this ski 5 out of 5 stars. This is a great kind of little bit wider all-mountain ski for that expert level skier. It's pretty stiff, it's got 2 sheets of metal in it. Nice...Read More

Q: How are the Bonafides in the Bumps?
Asked : Jan 20, 2017
By : Bruce, Wisconsin
Know the answer? Answer this question

A:It is a little wide for pounding some zipper lines, but the Bonafide responds pretty well in the bumps, but not nearly as well as the Brahma.

Q: If I buy skis and bindings, what needs to be done (set up for boot, DIN settings, etc.) before the skis are ready to use? Do they need to be waxed, etc.?
Asked : Jan 03, 2017
By : EZ, Fort Worth, TX
Know the answer? Answer this question

A:The skis and bindings need to be taken to a ski shop with your boots to have the bindings mounted, adjusted and tested to ensure that they function correctly. Skis come waxed from the factory with an all-purpose, all-temperature wax, but it never hurts to have a conditions specific wax added before you use them.
