The Atomic Theory will keep you guessing as what kind of terrain do I want to ski on today? Made as a wider ski for the intermediate to advanced skier who will go anywhere, the Theory always has an idea for what run to take next. At 95 mm underfoot the Theory is wide enough at the waist to take on all but the deepest powder, but still be edgy on the groomers. The All Mountain Rocker has 20% rocker in the tip to keep you floating in powder, and initiating turns quick on the hard pack. 70% camber underfoot is for stability and rebound in any snow condition, and 10% of rocker in the tail, just to keep things playful. The Wood Core with a Carbon Backbone adds power and torsional strength to the ski without adding extra weight. The Step Down Sidewalls give you great edge grip under your feet while the half cap construction in the tip and tail keep the ski light and durable. If you are a light weight intermediate skier that is looking for a ski that will be light and playful to take on the mountain with ease, don't guess, know with the Atomic Theory.

Hi, I'm Charlie, I just got off the Atomic Theory. I give this ski 5/5 stars. It's surprisingly nimble, it's got a lot of pop to it, it really made short turns, makes those big turns well to. It's got a lot of edge hold, it really lets you ...Read More

Tyler here. I just got off of the Atomic Theorys. Great ski. I really liked them for an all mountain ski. For intermediate to advanced skier. It would still be pretty good. Semi sidewall gave it really good grip on the snow. For groomers, I...Read More

Hi, my name is Steve, I just got off the Atomic Theory. This ski is 95 in the waist, I give it a 3 1/2 stars. It was a good stable ski, but I found the transition from edge to edge a little slow. If you like big wide open, big cruising turn...Read More

Q: I am 5'11" and 175lbs. I am an advanced skier but not an expert. Normally I'd go with a 170-175cm ski, but with the rocker should I go longer?
Asked : Aug 06, 2013
By : Patrick, Salt Lake City
Know the answer? Answer this question

A:Yes, with the rocker at the tip it is suggested to go longer than normal. Although there are many factors that go into choosing the length of the ski, with your height, weight, and ability, coupled with the rocker, it is suggested to go longer, such as 175-180cm.

Q: I'm an advanced skier who is 5'9" tall and weigh in around 165lbs. What are your thoughts on size for this ski? Because of the rocker do I want to go up a size to keep more ski in contact with the snow?

Know the answer? Answer this question

A:For someone at your skill and weight, I would recommend looking for a ski in the 168cm to 172cm length range for a rockered ski such as the Atomic Theory.

Q: Hi, I am 175cm tall, weighing 63-64kg. What would the best length be for me on this ski? I am an experienced skiier, though am obviously quite light. What are your thoughts? Thanks.

Know the answer? Answer this question

A:Ideally I would put you in a ski like the Atomic Theory that had a length of 165 to 170 cm. Unfortunately at this time the 168 cm length is not in stock.

Q: I am 210#, expert skier, what length of the Theory rocker is best for me?
Asked : Dec 28, 2012
By : Philo, Lookout Pass, ID
Know the answer? Answer this question

A:At your weight and skill the 186cm is the correct size for you. While you could ski the 177cm length you will likely find it under-performs for your needs at top speeds and in choppy snow pack.
