The Atomic Affinity Storm storms back on to the scene this year as a great ski for the strong intermediate to advanced skier who will spend most of her time on the groomers, but take it to the powder when the snow is right. The Storm is the only ski in the Affinity line to have a wood core that makes it powerful, yet lively, while the flex of the ski is maintained at all times. The half cap with step down sidewall construction at the tips and tails lower the swing weight of the ski, and protecting the ski from any mechanical damage. The sidewall underneath the binding plate improves dampening, shock absorption, and edge grip. The 15% of tip rocker will help the Pure engage turns quicker on the groomers, float in light powder, and deflect the negative energy caused by bumps and crud. The 85% of camber keeps the ski engaged and locked in to turns on the firm or icy snow. An 84 mm waist makes the Pure highly versatile on any mountain. If you are a strong intermediate to advanced skier who likes a ski to be stable at medium to high speeds, and very lively the Atomic Affinity Pure will be a great ski for you.

Comments about Atomic Affinity Storm Womens Skis with XTO 10 AF Bindings:

I am 5'6", 144lbs and at the low end of the advanced level. I ski mostly double blues and blacks in all conditions. I took the Affinity Storms in the 167 length out today on hardpack and choppy powder at Jackson Hole Mountain resort on all my usual runs. These skis made me feel that I was a much better skier than I know I am. I felt that they instantly did everything I wanted them to do with very little effort. I felt confident that I could ski anything on these skis. I was in ski heaven!

Hey, I'm Kate, I'm here with the 2013 Atomic Affinity Storm. I give this ski a 4/5. Its a really good choice for someone who's a good skier, a little bit smaller, a bit less aggressive. It holds an edge really nicely, but where your a little bit harder, doesn't feel quite as solid underfoot. Again, if your lighter weight, less aggressive skier, this is a great choice for your.

Hi, I'm Julie, I just got off the Atomic Affinity Storm. I give this a 3/5 star rating. I thought it really held an edge well, but the tip was kinda soft, and was chattery at moderate, to high speeds. Its really light weight in the tip, I thought a little bit too light in the tip. Comparison to the rest of the ski, it feels like there is almost nothing up there. Was kinda getting a bit of a uneasy feeling about this ski. It definitely was holding solidly under the foot. It just felt bizarre to me up in the tip, a little bit to light like there really wasn't much there to ski against.

Comments about Atomic Affinity Storm Womens Skis with XTO 10 AF Bindings:

Jess here, just got off the Atomic Affinity Storm. This is a better advanced level ski, I give it a 4/5 stars. It doesn't take a ton of power to push around. Its not quite as sturdy underfoot as I'd like it to be. Still skis really nicely, holds an edge really well, very good basic ski. For a intermediate to advanced level skier, just looking to have a good time on the hill.

Comments about Atomic Affinity Storm Womens Skis with XTO 10 AF Bindings:

Hi, I'm Emily, I just got off of the Atomic Storm, I give this ski a 4/5. I thought it was really smooth edge to edge, held pretty good edge underfoot, especially at higher speeds. Its a lighter ski, so its gonna be easy to ski on all day long. Little bit chattery, because of how light that is, but it was still nice, and smooth, and easy. Not snappy in and out of the turns, really smooth transition. So, if your an advanced women's skier, who's looking for something a little bit wider under the foot. Nice smooth, not to aggressive ski, then I would recommend this for you, and I give it 4/5 stars.

Comments about Atomic Affinity Storm Womens Skis with XTO 10 AF Bindings:

Hi, this is April, and this is the Atomic Affinity Storm. I'm gonna give this a 5/5. This ski, skied really well, its an all mountain ski, its 84 underfoot, so its gonna be pretty versatile in a lot of snow conditions. Its 130 in the shovel, so its really gonna hook up quick, and easy into a new turn. It likes speed, an the more you give it, the more it handles it. Its fun, pops off the snow, it was really quick from edge to edge, I felt like I could really push it. I could let my legs hang out there, an that ski would hook up, and grab, and come across the fall line for me. Just a lot of fun to ski on, all I got to say about it, just get a pair there great.
