Keeping your layers to a minimum the Vortac has an 80 gram body fill and a 60 gram sleeve fill of poly insulation for exceptional warmth on even the coldest of days. Using the premier Megarex 2L fabric the Vortac has exceptional 20,000mm waterproofing which can stand up any snow storm and even late season rain while the 20,000 grams breathability will make sure when you get to warm your heat has somewhere to go. If you do get too warm for the 20,000 grams to handle the Vortac has generous and snag free lined pit zips to really let your breathe out. Featuring fully taped seams and water repellent YKK zippers wherever there is an exposed zipper the Vortac is free of any weak points to let water or cold air penetrate. Chock to the reinforced brim with features the Vortac not only has a retractable pass pocket but for the more high tech resorts has an RF pocket in the sleeve to keep your pass from not reading thanks to you phone. Outfitted with what have become standard features to Armada, and extras to most, the Vortac has a microfleece chin guard and goggle pocket, lycra wrist gaiters, and external audio pocket, reactive and adjustable hem, and an interface that works to unite the Vortac with any Armada pant.
